The dining table 9276 has a very elegant and light base as alternative to the vase base still offering expandability by inserting up to 4 leaves.

Some of the most unique pieces in the dyrlund collection are undoubtedly the all solid arch cabinets 1190M / 1194M and as 1191M, which show the beautiful result of superior craftsmanship. Our most recent dining table has integrated leaves that unfold from within when the table is pulled apart. You can see this function by clicking under our news link. The table is available with rounded edges or the 5 degree edge as shown here. Also the 1589K dining chairs are made with the 5 degree edge to match the table perfectly.

The 1193M corner cabinet is quite a beautiful piece. The upper and lower section offer excellent storage possibilities.

Used as a wall unit the arch cabinets are not only beautiful, but provide excellent storage space. The drawers 1195M are optional, but show great craftsmanship with the same grain going through the drawers.

An oak dining set with our 3-section china cabinet is a good alternative to a wall unit. In the photo we show the 5 degree edge on the dining table which we offer as an alternative to the fully rounded edges.

Some of our customers find the alternative and more simple base of the 9244 dining table series lighter than the vase-shaped base. Both table types offer integrated storage for 2 leaves with its wooden synchronized runners which makes it easily expandable without ever having to move the base.

The light high back dining chair 1588 with the back friendly bars offers good support along with the very comfortable seat. It also fits perfectly with our 9244 dining tables. In addition, if you like, some of our cabinets or wall units can be used as a room divider.

Although our elliptical dining table shapes are very appealing, some people prefer rectangular tops or other sizes than our standard. In that case, some degree of customization is available. Depending on the type of request, we would need to take a number of considerations into account such as the extensions, the position of the base, the aprons, and our recessed handles and pulls – as well as of course the stability of the table before we make the decision, but it is usually possible.

The 9248 dining tables have a nice boat shape and come in a great number of lengths. With the alternative rectangular shape and the option of having the profile edge with a 5 degree edge rather than the fully rounded edge there are quite a lot of different possibilities in this table. The 9249 tables come with two extensions in the event you need extra space.

The veneered classic cabinets are quite beautiful, as the veneer has been carefully selected to match the solid wood front frame of the cabinet. For rooms with limited space the veneered tambour doors (as shown in this photo) are very useful as they open by sliding to the side. The beautiful cigar shaped handles are also worth a closer study.

There are a number of ways to build up your dyrlund dining room and this setting shows some of our best selling pieces. All our extendable tables are with finger friendly pulls and recessed latches.

Many people prefer round dining tables which provides a more intimate setting. We manufacture our round tables in a number of sizes with the option of having up to 4 leaves inserted. The base must be moved when extension takes place to ensure proper stability on these tables.

The fully extended version of the largest of our round tables offers seating for 12 persons without any problems and there is no need to hide away the added solid wood extensions with a table cloth, as the table looks very impressive in this way.

The original Kurt Østervig sideboard has beautiful legs and a very elegant appearance with the recessed handles.

In this beautifully designed cabinet by Kurt Østervig we have made a slight upgrade by using soft close door fittings. The 20 mm thickness of the Kurt Østervig cabinets creates a very light look.
